Surveillance Data for ZAYNICH™

Susceptibility of ZAYNICH™ tested against a large collection of clinical isolates

Study design: 9,087 isolates were evaluated, including 8,472 from the SENTRY Surveillance Program in 2022, and 615 supplemental carbapenem-resistant isolates. In total, there were 704 carbapenem-resistant isolates from multiple countries and international regions.

In this study, ZAYNICH™ was the most potent agent tested against isolates with an ESBL- or carbapenem-resistant phenotype
